This person Phil Cate is a smooth operator he talked my warehouse manager into shipping him equipment on his Fedex account and refuses to pay what he said our agreed price was($2000. He now refuses to allow us to pick up the equipment telling us he sold it and he doesn't want to pay for it either. Be careful DotMed customers. Phil if you don't want to pay for the unit send it back I will pay the freight. (This rating was originally given to Phil Cate while employed at ER3)
