The Doppler I received is falling apart and in very poor shape; VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Shoukat Mumtaz responded: Hello Jeremiah, Hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention that all the details regarding the Doppler’s condition were clearly mentioned in the listing description. Here’s the description provided: "The Doppler is in as-is condition as the probe tip has broken off, there is a crack on the front panel, and it is missing the battery door. It powers on but could not be tested further with the probe." Additionally, all the defects were also depicted in the pictures included in the listing.

One of Zantek Medical's employees offered on some equipment from me, after all was agreed and I even asked "is this a binding offer", I went ahead and bought the equipment for my stock, packed it and had it ready for shipment. But Muhammad never came back to me after this, he has ignored me ever since. Now I have wasted some thousand dollars. Stay away from them.

Scam Alert! Do Not Buy from This Company! I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent the wrong equipment and kept lying about the status of my order. It took them over 14 days to issue a refund for the faulty equipment they delivered. Their customer service is abysmal, and I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs!
