I have tried for almost 3 months to solve a problem with the spare parts bought. The parts were returned to the seller, in Oct. 4th 2019 and up to now, Nov. 22nd they weren´t replaced or reimbursed. Phone calls are not aswered as well as the messages (txt messages) sent. Today is February 27th 2020 and we still have problem with this supplier. On Feb 12th he reimbursed us partially (20%) and promised the balance for the next day. No reimbursement was done so far and again, messages are not read or answered.

You bought from on Dotmed the GE DRFM Board # S5497712-2 After sending you multiple pictures of the Board for $1350 including shipping on July 25th 2022 and i shipped it to you on the same day with the tracking number Fedex Tracking number 7774 7692 8297. For 30 days after that you continued asking me to buy other items and asking me to rate you on Dotmed, Do you remember ??. I do not understand what you are talking about. Please take this negative rating off
