We placed a $10,000 order with MMT LLC for a Varian 810 Mass Spectrometer. The unit arrived missing essential components — including the main computer and software — making it completely non-functional. Even worse, the inside of the unit contained visible mouse droppings, which raises serious concerns about storage conditions and hygiene. The seller never informed us that the equipment would be incomplete or in such condition. Initially, they replied saying they would check the warehouse and send missing parts if needed, but then stopped responding and ignored all calls and messages. This is clearly dishonest behavior. We consider this a scam and strongly advise others to avoid doing business with MMT LLC.
