I sent message before purchase to confirm it came with height: this was their response: Yes, we do have the SECA (769 1321994) Scale available in stock. And yes, it comes with the height. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. However, it did not come with height. I emailed them right away and they said they'll get back to me. By the time they responded (after 30days) they said sorry there is no height and since its past 30days you cannot get refund. I was so disappointed. Not only were they not dishonest, they refused to take accountability, and offered no solution for their own error because it was past 30 days- which was due to their delayed response. Horrible experience. I now have a scale with no height. Please do not purchase from Dave Lux. Unprofessional and poor service. I was disregarded.
