Signed purchase agreement and delivery was then put off over and over. Rarely returned calls or emails. Told me they were refurbishing the product and would be ready soon. After 2 months and now no return calls for 4 weeks, I have given up. In the mean time, I lost on the opportunity to purchase the same item from another seller. Worst communication and service I have ever had from a medical sales company in my 20 years in the business.
