Purchased unit from this company, they stated unit was in working order with new hard drive and power supply, both hard-drive and power supply were not new as they were factory stamped with the date of manufacturing. Unless you know how to fix the units yourself would not recommend purchasing from them.
Mariela Rodriguez responded: You bought this equipment from us in good condition but when you recived it opened the equipment without contacting us first and then you told us that you wanted to refund partial money for a repair but never wanted to return it for a repair from our technicians. It is not honest on your part, you had to contact us first of the problem before opened the equipment.

Scam! Item sent out with 10 days delay. Autorefractor NOT working with NO ASSISTANCE from the company. $ 12.000 totally wasted. Avoid!

Payment terms was a little difficult to arrange owing mostly to international shipment: purchasing in USA from Canada. However I found they were very honest and good people to deal with, and I will likely do business with them again in the future.
