These items were packaged by seller with assurances that they were experienced in packinging these instruments.(we mearly shipped on our account) To even suggest that the buyer be responsible for the way it was packaged is not good business practice. Total damage is less than $250! Not really worth the time but "buyer beware!"
Mariela Rodriguez responded: The buyer picked up the item and shipping by him self, he wants me to pay for something broken it is not my fault, he has to claim the shipping insurance
