Deafult of sale agreement.
We wish to inform you that Tor Eldad and his company Medical Trade Center, are condemned by a Greek court for default of a sale agreement, as they received an advance payment of 30.000 Euros for a machine that was never deliverd to our diagnostic center in Patras - Greece. Court documents are at your disposal, officially translated.

After re-negotiation with ELDAD they kindly offered to send us the later model γ-Camera “infiniaâ€.
We have received the infinia system in our local warehouse and we are waiting to be installed by Eldad and his team once the Covid-19 pandemic allows it. We will further update our feedback of ELDAD , once the system is up and running.
So far, we were very glad to unpack the boxes and find a system in good condition. We expect to have it installed and tested pretty soon.

The total price agreed was 60,000 EUR total.At the moment you pay 30,000 EUR we will deliver the equipment immediately.
