I having a problem measurements Unavailable error system show following massage
The report package is initializing. Initialization completes approximately 30 sec after imaging starts (if the system has been moved to another network, initialization can take up 2 minutes)please try measurement again. please help me what i do.

If that is the only thing not working correctly, it sounds like corrupted software. I would try restoring the installed options from the backup CD. They are part of the "System Settings."
