In the humity process consume a lot water, when I open the door after process finish, the load is a lot of wet. Where can I regulate the water?

All these equipments have a control valve that admit water to sterilization chamber. The common problem is that this valve never close at all. this cause the waTER come in all time. The othe possible origin is an electronic failure that make the close command to this valve never arrive. Anothe problem is that the outlet is obstrustect.
