a customer called after unit was moved and sitting.it did work before the move....they say.
i was able to fully boot when i shoot overload failure comes up.i try again....it shuts down the arm!
does it need to fully charge? they plugged it in and tried to shoot .but unit says needs to charge. so they let it charge for awhile with same error overload failure.
I take it that this is a OEC 9400 C-arm, Overload Fault probably indicates a high voltage regulator fault. If the system has been in storage for a long time, it may be that the x-ray tube is "Gassy" or that it's just broken. Check the high voltage cables for good, clean dialectric grease.
