For pre charge fail check your batteries. Your precharge capacitors C2 & C3 are not being charged by the batteries/battery charger. So the Technique Processor PCB does not see the +200VSNS signal reach approximately 4.5VDC during boot sequence (approximately 185 VDC across the precharge capacitors)
So check your batteries and battery charger PCB
REGULATOR FAIL:
filament voltage is out of range on mA regulator circuit. This is a non-fatal error.
The regulator fail error triggers the precharge error because the board fails to supply or regulate the proper 15V, 5V or 200V to the generator.
When the regulator fails, the Analog Interface or Generator Driver PCB cannot complete the precharge cycle.
1. Inspect voltage outputs of the xray regulator PCB
2. Check your batteries and battery charger board
3. If battery and charger PCB okay, check regulator PCB

I have an OEC with a regulator failure. Anyone with an ideal the cause? I am also getting a precharge error.
