AC3 Fuji image problems

hello specialists AC3 Fuji. Can you m help on AC3 FUJI. I do not have errors but the images which leave have a whole a clear bottom whereas it black must-being. if I print of the old examinations, the images have been correct is very good This AC3 were stored for more than 2 years. Is there a calibration perhaps to make.
