ACCUVIX V10 VIDEO PROBLEM

Regards, medison ultrasound equipment accuvix v10 does not show video on the main screen however when connecting a secondary display back shows the home logo v10 the progress bar 100% do not look error but does not show the ultrasound image cone, Can you please help me some idea, thanks in advanced

Test the graph card on your PC + change hdd + reload sw.

I would start checking if your display is working, then switched to checking videocard and cables.
Did you reinstall software recently?
