Accuvix V20 - touch panel unresponsive

Hi friends,
I just installed an Accuvix V20 system, but sometimes when the system is powered on the touch panel becomes unresponsive. And we have to turn off the system, and wait for some minutes before to power on and the touch panel starts to work fine. Please can anybody makes a suggestion?

Hi...
Could you try to disconnect the keyboard?
It happens once with a very similar system that the keyboard was the problem (freezing touch panel).
