Acuson 128 XP 10 - DTI - Problems

I've an Acuson 128 XP10.
DTI is installed, but when I press the Alt-Color keys with the V2 Probe, the image is frozen, and I've to restart the system again.
Do you know where the problem may be?
It's an urgent issue, I've to solve during today, if possible.
I'd really appreciate your help

From our ultrasound system staff engineer (and former Acuson field engineer), Nicholas Mesagno:
It could be memex microcode or encryption codes. Maybe clearing out the BBM and re-installing codes.

Nothing changed.We cleared out the BBM and re-installed codes.
To give you more info, DTI works in Spectral Mode, but it hangs in Color mode.

What does it happens when you use normal color doppler, does the system hangs too?
Has the DTI ever worked on the system?

First of all check on the version report if you have a syscon 23 or higher and if you have:
v2.dti
v2
Then check in the configuration report to see if you have ART or Acoustic Res...
The DTI option needs all the following to work:
Boards: (All of them on the scanner)
- BBQ4
- IFD
- STG4 (At least)
- VDT3 (At least)
- The ART option needs to enabled. This will be displayed in the configuration report as Acoustic Res.
- You will need a syscon version 23 or higher...

You will need to change the 3B50 (3.6V, 1.0Ah
Lithium) CVC batteries, reinstall the encryption strings
