I have an acuson 128 xp10 with the follow problem:
the convex probe works great but when i conect the endo say 2 remove left prove not licenced2 i looked at the code string and from the string 10 to 13 is in "0's" how can i get the codes for the last strings in order to run the endo probe?
the serial number of the system is 11027
