I have a Acuson 128XP and when I turn on the equipment appears the message: "transducer not allowed please desconect one trasnducer".
Anybody know what I have to do?
Thanks in advanced.
There are encrypted strings that 'allow' transducers to be used. Likely the transducer was not originally from that machine and doesn't have the code to allow it.
In the first time that I turn On the machine after a long time the equipment off, appears the message:
POWER UP ERROR
PROMLOAD 03
DPR 80
After this appears the message: "Press the key to continue"
When I press the key appears on monitor the date, hour and a small white box.
In the second time that I turn on the machine dont appears any message. Just appears on monitor the date, hour and a small white box.
After some tests turning on and turning off began to appear the message: "transducer not allowed please desconect one trasnducer"...but after some tests the message dont appears again.
Whats board can to be responsable fot this defect?

Dear Raphael,
Looks like the Front End board where u connect the transducer is loading. Replace this board and check.

is there a way to change these codes and make the machine to accept the transducer?
