We have a 128/XP that had two dead batteries on the Memory bd. I have a procedure for reentering the STRING Codes. Unfortunately we received the unit with no codes recorded. After replacing the batteries we are not able to enter the Engineering Menu. We can access the OS and call up locations and commands but cannot enter the STRINGS without knowing the memory location for each. If you know how to do this and/or how to determine what the string values should be your help would be greatly appreciated.
