WE HAVE A 128XP10 WITH CORRUPTED SOFTWARE.
BEFORE PICK-UP FROM HOSPITAL THE UNIT WORKED PERFECTLY. AFTER DELIVERED BY VANLINE, WE CANNOT BOOT THE UNIT.
WHO CAN HELP ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM?
PETER CHEN
What makes you say that it is corrupted software? If it won't boot at all, I would start by reseating boards and checking for power supply voltages (remember to check the circuit breakers on the back of the unit). But, more information regarding symptoms will probably be needed to really help.
I had the same problem and the solution was to locate the board on the top with two circular batteries and replace them.
Remember you also must get the codes for enabling the options from Acuson. These codes need to be entered after replacing the batteries
