Acuson Aspen access code and problem

Hello everyone,
I`m having a little problem with my Acuson Aspen.
When I turn it on I do not receive an error message, but my probes are frozen. I get vertical stripes in the scan area. I tried to run some tests, but need access code to run most of them. Can anyone send me the code?
