Acuson Aspen probe error

I got an Accuson Aspen which gives me the following error:
SOFTWARE SONO-PAC FOR THIS TRANSDUCER HAS NOT BEEN LICENSED.
Tue transducers I am using are convex 5C2g and Linear probe L7.
How do i license this probes??

You need to contact Siemens for the options code which will allow you to use different features(probes)on your system.

Hi Zach I have similar error SOFTWARE SONO-PAC FOR THIS TRANSDUCER HAS NOT BEEN LICENSED; but in all txducers, plus a DCI TEST 0x6C4 and DCI TEST 0x6CA errors at Diagnostic Test Power On. I have not Service PW nor Adninistrator Manual ; can you help me?
