I would like to know if any of you have the service passwords for Acuson US systems (Aspen and Sequoia) and/or the password generator software.

Unfortunatly, service pass codes for Acuson Sequoia have yet to be bypassed. Personally, I don't see a real big benefit in being able to run diagnostics if you have a basic understanding of the system arcitecture. Eighty percent of ALL Sequoia problems can be fixed by understanding the principles of how to backup and restore customer data and clear Aegis exams.
If you are referring to enabling third party service so you can access the circuit boards thats a different story.
Acuson has implemented a new policy just recently for enabling third party service. It states "All customers must pay for a service call to enable third party service".
