We got an Acuson Aspen Ultrasound machine which give us the following error every time we try to use the probe:
" Software sono-pac for this transducer has not been licensed"
Can anyone would help us how to license the probe?
Hi Miguel: I have similar error SOFTWARE SONO-PAC FOR THIS TRANSDUCER HAS NOT BEEN LICENSED; but in all txducers, plus a DCI TEST 0x6C4 and DCI TEST 0x6CA errors at Diagnostic Test Power On. I have not Service PW nor Adninistrator Manual ; can you help me?

The problem is the littium battery found in the svc board .
Change the battery and programing the encription codes
