Acuson S2000 HELX Evolution Touch - cannot install system

Hi: the HDD on my 2016 Siemens Acuson S2000 HELX Evolution Touch failed, so I bought a new one (exactly the same Seagate Constellation ES.3 2TB HDD), installed it and tried to install the software from the original DVDs (version VE10D), however, it is aborting the installation immediately after the windows logo and the dot circle and is giving me a blue screen of death error (0xc000021a).
I tried installing windows 7 using a dvd, and that works without any issues.
I ran deep RAM tests (memtest86+) and HDD tests (crystaldisk) - everything OK.
What can I do? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am attaching a photo of the error screen here [img]https://up.picr.de/50331946uq.jpg[/img]
