Acuson sequioa 512 display hardware failure call service technician .and freezed, all bottom not responding pls did anyone know the breakdown of what could be the problems

How did the fault happen? What does the ultrasound technician say? Has this failure occurred previously? Do you have the service manual?

Check the entire ventilation system. such as filters, fans. Perform a maintenance to the entire rack of cards, and tell me what was the result.

It freezed after some few minutes.and no bottom will respond until it is put off and ON again.
