I have this systems with SW 3.15
when I boot the equipment,it logs into service menu,and an error message apppears "002"
what is the problem now?
The 0-0-2 error is telling you that the side cover on the card cage was removed. If you’re at software 3.15 I am sure that you have a Phase 1 system and you can only remove the side cover if system has third party enabled. In the Service menu you can go into feature controls and scroll down to third party and see if it is enabled. If it is not than the only thing you can do is call Siemens and have them give you the third party code or diagnostics code to get rid of this error.

yours software is not responding may be hard disk or software is currupted
