Acuson Sequoia 512 Software Version 12.22

I have been using my Acuson Sequoia 512 for three years. All of a sudden, I got "Application Error. Saving System Data. Call 1800-XXX-XXXX (Siemens)". I guess I need a copy of the Software, Version 12.22. Anyone can help? I appreciate that.
