I am sorry that I cannot really help you but I have experienced the same error with Siemens Acuson 150. No helpful answer of the company. I replaced the power supply - no change. Sometimes (after long intervals with the system turned off) the device started correctly but failed again after about 30 mins. Opening the system´s enclosure to avoid heating up, it up also did not succeed. Unfortunately Siemens does not provide a service manual. Eventually you could check the diagnostic led indicators the test pins of the power supply. I may send the details via seperate mail.

Hi, we have a ACUSON X300 with the following Error:
The System is shutting down automatically to prevent permanent damage, please contact Siemens Service.
I cant see a Error code - who can help? Whats the Issue?
Equipment: Siemens ACUSON X300 Premium Edition
I found 2 faulty Caps somebody any advice before i start changing parts?

how to reload software? I found out that the DCDC Converter does not have 100v but the PSU have 100v so something on the DCDC Converter

Sounds like your PSU might have an issue. Hopefully it can be replaced soon.

your device is definitely getting hot somewhere - only way is to maybe use a thermal camera to check
