Acuson X300 Software Error

Greetings, I got some problem regarding Siemens Acuson X300. The error pop up after turn on the unit stated "Imaging initialization failed. The system is system shutting down automatically."
I suspect this is the software problem. Is anyone know what is the problem and the way to solve this issue.

Hello Luqman,
I think there is a problem with the power supply.
1. All voltages on the DC-DC unit must be checked
2. If there will be results of measurements, I will write the next step.

Hello Jose,
as far as I know, the LED can only flash green or glow orange.
Possible options for LED:
OCP and AC status or OCP and DC Status are orange.
This means an overcurrent of more than 150% for AC Power or DC power.
In both cases, the system shuts down.

Hi i have similar problem on Acuson x150. Its popup message on startup saying " Image Initialization Failed . Thr system is shutting down automatically .
