dear i m facing the problem in acuson 128 xp10 c,in this system before few days some time the v4c probe was not working properly many running black lines were appearing in sector when we select the application adult heart and put color then it works fine , now same problem starts in tvs transducer. when we select C5 (convex) probe during the initialising transducer machine gets hang my liner probe was working properly but today when i power on the machine i found there is no image in sector aria only one white line is appearing in sector aria start from up to bottom and we put max gain then right half of sector aria is appearing poor image. kindly help me find out the problem i will really thankful to u
dear thank u to give me expert comment but now when i removing the PCB xmt-4 from the machine, then it is working properly but probe (V4C) is in same condition when i putting back XMT-4 in machine it comes in same condition (no image in sector aria)
should i work this machine without this (XMT4 ) PCB for some time .or what Will u suggest me to next

You should have 8 XMT boards. If you have one XMT4, they should all be XMT4. The OEM says the boards have to all be the same. In other words, you are not supposed to mix XMT3 and XMT4 boards together. (I think this has to do with CW Doppler performance.)
Since the V4C has 96 elements, it is possible to run it with only 6 of the transmitter boards as long as you have them in the right slots. However, linear and curved linear transducers have 128 elements and need all the boards.

My first guess would be this is being caused by the SCP, Scan Control Processor board.
