My question to Phillips is this, How come ADAC is charging time and materials customers for a mandatory upgrade on a deficiantly designed power supply in the patient table that prematuely craps out post 1 year of use? Did'nt we used to call that a mandatory upgrade for free...??? Post voice mails to senior staff(Mr. MaH.) We at the lower level eshilons? are not worthy of a response. Guess the customers have to complain. Or maybe I am stuck in the good guy all for the customer mode. Guess I should wake up and screw the people that put food on my plate?
