Dear colleagues. I have 2 errors on AdvantX console:
- 4022 System communication problems
- 6113 Cannot do Fluoro. Video control module inoperable. Cycle console.
Test showes that ASC doesn't see the VIC module online.
Power supply of the VIC module is normal. Arcnet HUB is functional. Fiberoptic cables from HUB to VIC are normal. Swaping of boards with Positioner doesn't solve the problem (the problem sill stays in the VIC). The system have been at the store for a long period (nine years), so the NVRAMs most likely are issued.
So, would you please to give me any advice for solving my problem.

Dear Maurice, i've performed both of recommended actions, but VIC is still not online. May issued NVRAM in VIC's CPU and BIU boards cause this problem?
