computer starts but cant see the screen and machine might have something else wrong. Would it be wise to fix and is there someone that could give some phone support?
Hello Marvin,
as Juan suggest if You think the PC is starting up the operating system the first thing You might try is just to connect another monitor. Sometimes the operating system looses the video configuration, so You might simply be out of sync, for example. Please try to connect a good CRT monitor (not so usual these days, but those monitors are capable of syncing to a wider H/V frequencies range). Another thing You might check is if Your PC has onboard graphic AND dedicated graphic board; in this case, You should try to switch to the other connector (it might be that the BIOS has changed the device which is initialized first).
Furthermore, what do You mean by "machine might have something else wrong"?
If You still need assistance with this, feel free to drop me an e-mail at technosystems_srl@libero.it .
Best regards,
Ivano Murat
