Afga 30X software problem

I have an Agfa 30X that I am trying to link to another dicom program. When I run the test it says the units are talking but when I go to send a film it never goes. What could I be missing? The one computer is in a window xp and one is windows 10 but I was told that that shouldn,t matter the dicom program should talk to each other.

Both are in the same name and when I tested the connecting the test came back positive. Then I went to send a film never came over.

The Agfa NX software is installed. I bought the unit in 2008 and the one computer has the Agfa NX software and the other computer has the Onyx-rad Dicom program. I installed a new Dicom program onto a new computer with Windows 10. The computer with the Agfa NX software is on Window xp computer.

Are you talking 1st generation CR30X or Second Generation?
fyi, you cannot have two computers of the same name on the network, they must be different.
CR30X 1st Gen can only send images via firewire to it's acquisition station, NX.
CR30X second generation Network will only send images where the image request was generated.
It is not designed to send to a second workstation. It was only designed as a single user environment. Was never designed to be used like a CR25, 35, 75, 85, DXG, DXS or DXM. multi user environment.
If this is a second generation network version, open the cpf file using the CCM tool. The network and destination settings must match in NX Configurator tool. Otherwise it won't get a dicom association with NX.
