hi everyone. can somebody help me how to figure out the problem. the agfa 5302 is showing error - upper rf tag problem, upper input tray: film overrun, more than allowed films printed from, new warning w3001002 disabled. thanks in advance

it may be that the user has discarded the wrong white card
