Please, we have two units of AGFA 5500. On boot up, first one says, âClose the print section.â To the best o my knowledge, the print section is not open. What could be the problem?

What I remember that there is a mechanism with belt at the lower door or at the print section and you must look there.This belt is not in position to activate some switch so it gives you an error .

should be a sensor problem.
