There was a recent service bulletin you need to replace the rfid tag reader. The new Drystar Thermal media rfid tags were updated and requires that the tag reader be updated and also the latest version software needs to be installed on the printer.
This also goes for DS5503, 5500, AXYS printers.

Please, my AGFA 5300 is showing âOnly One protective Sheet is allowed in input tray. Open tray and check film pack.â
What do I do so I can continue to use the printer as it is not printing with this message on.

Open film tray and remove the bottom protective sheet when you load film the clear sheet has to be removed

open input tray clear all filmpack ,replace new one ,don't fergot remove protective sheet ,ok.enjoy .

To make it clear , Remove old protective sheet from old film pack BUT keep the protective sheet with the new pack that you put in
