Agfa CR 25.0 error codes

I had to reload the software for a Agfa CR25 recently and I'm coming up with these error codes below. What should I do next? I don't have a service manual for it so I can't check to see the next course of action.
Error Codes:
24345 Alignment Node Stepper Fail
216A7 Cassette Module Handler Error
20E0E Pixel Valve Error"dark photo multiplier out of range"
24305 Home Positioning Fail

Have you reloaded the machine specific data or the back-up from a last known good configuration?

have not tried anything specific yet , We bought this unit at an auction and the previous owner seems to have deleted the operating system (most likely to delete patient data). We obtained software from another supplier we know and have all software loaded but still a no go. Were familiar with Konica and Kodak units but not so much the Agfa Thanks for your input.....

If the cr had the software disks with it then one of them should be the machine specific data or a back up that will also contain the machine specific data. If not then you will have to contact AGFA for the machine specific data.
