Agfa CR 30-x 3139 ERROR

Hello everyone,
I need help with few issues with Agfa Cr 30-x. After the cassette insertion, everything goes well until I hit the ID thumb on NX workstation. After that cr starts reading, and I get message ERROR 3139, scan failed. Image plate not erased... On NX I get message the digitizer went off line during a scan cycle. This is a critical error. Ref MESS237. I can not go into crservice as somebody before me changed the password...

Explain Error Code for CR30-X first gen
Error Code: 3139
Display Name: PDS_ScanNotStarted
Module Name: DigitizerAccessor
Discription: Error or timeout while waiting for end of scan

Do you have other errors?
Maybe you have change the FireWire cable connection?

which version CR30 is this, 1st generation or 2nd generation? 1st generation is firewire, 2nd generation is ethernet.
Does this happen on all cassettes or only one cassette?
