Dear all
I have a problem at agfa cr 35 image .
A horizantal blure line appear at any ip size.
This line appeared after i cleaned the scanner unit without disassembled it.

There might be a particle along the slow scan direction. You may need to open it up and carefully clean it.

There is an internal brush that you can handle with a steel cable located at lower front of the equipment, just push and pull the cable two or three times and normally this corrects it.

this is normally caused by the IP stalling while being scanned. You may have dislocated the backup roller in the scan unit. Very easy to do if cleaning the rollers without removing them. the backup roller is held only by clips.
