AGFA CR 35-X error code

Hi there,
We have a CR 35-X AGFA who works good but sometimes when we turn it on, we have the 20E0D error code after auto test.
Does someone know this error or has the service manual please ?

The PMT is out of range, basically seeing to much light. If you have the side panel off the cr during startup testing it can cause this error. If the cover is on then check the wiring to the PMT. I have had two machines with this error and both had bad PMTs. If this is a newer unit that has the acrylic light guide then you have to replace the light guide and PMT as one assembly.

Error Code --> 20e0d
E_SCN_FN_TIV_P_RANGE,
Meaning : Pixel values at photomultiplier test mode are out of range.
Reason : Photomultiplier or cable defective or disconnected.
(Possibly also: ht_pm_test wrong calibrated)
Cure : Avoid too much background light, keep door closed at start.
Check cable from scan control board to photomultiplier box.
If problem persists, replace photomultiplier box.
