This error is caused by the CR 35 not being able to communicate with the workstation. Usually it is a newtorking problem IE network is down, ip address has changed, something of this nature. After you have checked the network issue out restart the workstation and then the CR 35 and any images in the CR que will be sent to the worstation as long as the cr and worstation can communicate.
This means having no communication with QS SERVER workstaion i think bad configuration or check your cable going to network hub if u can ping then bad configuration you will need CPF and xml files for configuration

engineers i have got a really trick issue with my CR35-x, when i insert cassettes ( various sizes ) some working well however, some when it must get out from the CR itself it remain stuck inside, i meant the door doesn't open when it should open to allow the cassette to get out.

to respond due to a lack of ressources, ...
Cure : Check the specified host - eventually reset its
background processes.
By I know:
Check LAN cable and destination config in cpf
Open either QS Server or NX Workstation and verify the Digitizer configuration as well as the workstation configuration.
Check the local IP Address, it must be static.
Verify the AE Title of the QS Server and or NX workstation that the CR is trying to communicate with.
Grab a fresh CPF from the digitizer and open it with the CCM tool and verify that the CPF configuration matches the QS Server or NX Workstation Configuration.
You can try to ping the digitizer from the QS Server or NX Workstation if you get a ping that does not necessarily mean that the two devices will communicate.
If you get a ping you must test a Dicom Echo to the digitizer. You can either do this from within the QS or NX Configurator or use a program called echoscu to test the handshake.
You'll probably find that A) the IP address of the Acquisition has changed, B) you have a bad network switch, C) System is on a managed switch and the mac address of the two are not in the switch management tables, D) your AE titles are incorrect either in the QS / NX Configurator or CR CPF file.

Pinging the workstation or the cr does not test it's dicom handshake, you must do a dicom echo to test.
