Error 243d9 meaning - system has broblem with vaccum pump or suction cup (for pickuping image plate). Check pump, tubes and cups.

Many thanks for your help My friend I appreciate it. but I will need the service manual to better troubleshoot it. because when I fixed the problem I got another error code ( 20E0E ). So I will be grateful to get the service manual of this devise. Many thanks again.
20E0E Pixel Valve Error - "dark photo multiplier out of range"
This message mean cowers not in place - light go inside to PMT and give this error or BAD PMT - out of operation .
Other case system not have Site Specific data (after reload Soft Ware).

Do not start a CR25,35,75,85, DX with covers removed. PMT is very sensitive to light.
You can start units up with service key but room lights must be off in order to start up.
I have the manual if nobody sent you a link to it.
maybe your vaccum pump has problems, Ip aligment, or cups can not grabe the IP Plate. You can check if vaccum pums are for high or low sea level. (black or green vaccum pums)
check all this points and give me if you can solve your problem.

E_SCN_FN_TIV_D_RANGE
Meaning : Pixel values with "dark" photomultiplier are out of range.
Reason : Too much background light or photomultiplier box defective.
Cure : Avoid too much background light, keep door closed at start.
If problem persists, replace photomultiplier box.
YOU TURN ON THE CR WITH RIGHT SIDE COVER?? OR TURN OFF LIGHTS. THIS ERROR HAPPEN WHEN PASS LIGHT INTO SCANNER.
Clean the suction cups with AGFA CR Plate Cleaner.
Also there are vacuum filters, the o-rings will fail over time.
The only other problem I've experienced having this problem is the stepper card will fail.
You can switch the stepper card with another stepper card but the addresses must be swapped.
If your error goes away but moves to a different area the stepper card was bad.

your IP Pump have problem. you need to replace IP pump Black or Green.
