Dear Ricardo,
I have this problem many times.
-The IP address is not reset.get into the service and type the same IP address and confirm it.
-You are off the LAN ,some switch or connection are bad.

HI MARWAN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, I NEED RESET THE IP IN THE CR SCANER? IT´S OK OR IN THE PC. IF IS IN THE SCANER I DONT HAVE THE PASWORD, CAN YOU HELP ME?
