i cannot be able to save configuration or installe it.i plug the usb in but is seames not working he give me erreur :storage medium not inserted or cannot be mounted.please insert or check medium and press \/.
my objectif is make a dump of CPF file and make some changes (i want to chnage ip adresse due to conflict ip adresse).but there is no way to dump or install configuration.

Hello Dhabi.
You should format the usb as a fat partition, on format properties put on the label the serial number of you cr35 follows with the word "BAC". You should use a memory stick lower than 4 GB. You label can see some like this: C258021BAC
