I have the problem with the connection between Hitachi CT and agfa drystar 3000.
I don't know how to check the AE title and port of printer. so I can't send image to printer. pls help me to resolve this problem( P/s: on the local panel I can see and change the IP and Machine name ONLY)>
HI,
On the front panel, settings, scroll down and find printer name, that is the AE title. The port number is not accessable at front panel, it requires a laptop and service software to see and change, however the typical port is 104. Try that, Good Luck

As yours desriptions, the machine currently using for Video or Digital connection not for Dicom connection.
You need to contact your Agfa local engineer for help to check then re-configuration for Dicom connection.
Actualy, That is a very good point.
This type of imager have digital interface and Dicom interface, but only one can be used at a site. Question: is it connected with CAT5 or 6 to Dicom port?
From MRI system can you PING the IP adress of the imager?
If all above is true, then it will a "PORT #" issue left to be resolved. On some older MRI systems it would not me use port 104, so we had to change the imager port(AGFA service did that not us) to: 1104, or 4104, by adding another digit to the 104 default, may be this is the case, so try other port numbers in same manner, like 1104, 2104, 3104, 4104..... Your best option howver if on the Imager service organizations would lend you or.. the service disk to talk the imager with a Laptop and things will get much easier from there on.
Sorry I do not have such service software.

verify first the ip address of the hitachi ct and the printer must be in the same group( 192.168.0.10 and 192.168.0.9) port number 104, node type -basic print,host name- agfa, logical name-AGFA ,AE TITLE- YOU WILL GET THIS FROM THE PRINTER- CHECK THE PRINTER INFO. YOU CAN ALSO FIND OUT THE AND ALSO CHANGE THE IP ADDRESS FROM THERE. check if the network cable by connecting to your laptop with the same ip address group, then ping the printer. you need read ds3000 config, make a cpf file for adc including ws data (AET;IPs; Host; etc) and install it ws, is not easy
