anyone there knows how to solve this problem? when i connect my service laptop to the printer it says it cannot identify the device but connection is possible...when i click connect it is successful but when i run some commands or try to reload the software it says "cannot connect please check the cables and try again". what can i do to solve this issue.thanks a lot

Hi Marivic,
how did you made the connection to the PC Drystar.
There are problems when connecting via USB CONNECTION.
Unfortunately for many was the serial interface laptopß omitted.

HI. MAYBE YOU NEED CHANGE TRANSMISSION VELOCITY (I BELIVE THAT AGFA WORK WITH 9600 BAUDIOS ) THE CHANGE IS IN THE LAPTOP SERIAL PORT.
