AGFA DRYSTAR 3000

June 29, 2013 10:57

Dear All,

I need your help in servicing a AGFA DRYSTAR 3000 camera. I am not getting the film out. When I send the print the printer will display first "processing" then will say "printing" then will say "Ready" but the film will not come out. What could be the problem?

Thanking you

Jiffy Paul

Usually wrong size, type or divisions selected to film the image.

Regards.

Dear Jiffy,
-You must see first where the film is jammed.it must be somewhere ,you can check the reason for the jam.
-the last phase of printing is the Decurl unit ,does it say setting decurl temperuture before or after the printing?it may jam there.
